The Chakra Project was born when a designer’s vision met a creator’s devotion.
Amber envisioned a way to express the sacred energy of the seven chakras through color and symbol. Amina brought that vision to life — hand-stitching the very first chakra design onto a yoga mat bag, a labour of love that took more than two years to complete.
That single creation became the seed of a movement — one that now uplifts lives and preserves heritage.
Empowering Women, Preserving Tradition
Today, every piece in the Chakra Project Collection is handcrafted with intention by Amina and her talented team of women artisans in Kashmir, affectionately known as the Chakra Girls.
Trained at the School of Healing Arts, they combine traditional hand-stitching techniques with the timeless wisdom of the chakra system.
For these women, stitching is more than craftsmanship — it’s a path to independence, healing, and hope. The project offers training, economic opportunities, and the chance to carry forward ancestral skills with pride and purpose.
