I have known Shah for over a year now and was fortunate to spend time with him this weekend at the British Wheel of Yoga.
Shah is very passionate about his Chakra project and is helping women in Kashmir learn skills and have a better future.
His beloved mother in Kashmir trains these girls and gives them hope, it teaches self help!
This is truly an amazing team with an amazing goal.
